Maintenance records are created for each item separately, though you can add the same records for several devices in one operation. Later you may edit the history of each one independently.
You may keep track of maintenance work performed not only for separate devices, but for a workplace as a whole. In this case, maintenance history is attributed to a particular workplace, i.e., the installation of a new software or user training.
