Each device acquires a specification that contains all inventory information:
model, serial number, barcode and other ID details;
installation data;
accounting data;
warranty period;
depreciation and retirement data;
technical parameters;
maintenance and transfer history, etc.
All data is secure as the access can be restricted at three different levels - rights to view or change information, access to a particular tree node and access to certain device types.
If properties are changed, the program “memorizes” the user who made it and the time of the modification .
