The application keeps a record of maintenance of devices and workplaces. All maintenance details are recorded which helps to create reports on the work performed by IT personnel.
Maintenance history includes such information as type of service, duration, technician, etc. It is of much help when supervising or planning the work for your IT department.
A maintenance record is created for each device separately. When creating a new record you may want to checkmark a group of devices for which the same records will be made. Later you may edit the history of each device independently.
You may keep track of maintenance work performed not only for separate devices, but for a workplace as a whole. In this case, maintenance history is attributed to the particular workplace, i.e., the installation of a new software or user training.
